About Us

Our Story of Hope

Founded in 2013, Hope House began with a simple belief: every child with a disability deserves access to quality care, love, and the opportunity to reach their fullest potential.

Since 2013

How It All Began

Hope House started when our founder, Dr. Sarah Mitchell, saw firsthand the gaps in care available to disabled children in our community. Too many families were struggling to find affordable therapy, basic necessities, and a supportive environment for their children.

What began as a small community group meeting in a church basement has grown into a full-service center supporting over 500 children and their families each year.

Today, Hope House provides therapy services, educational programs, basic needs support, and community events — all made possible by generous donors like you.
